If you have a question about a product, please contact us BEFORE placing your order and we aim to respond to your query within 48 hours. We offer a description and full ingredient list on all of our products, however if you have any questions, don’t hesitate to contact our friendly customer service team at: firstname.lastname@example.org
If, for any reason, you have concerns with your purchase AFTER you have received your products, please contact us!
We offer all our customers a 30 day money back guarantee on our products. Conditions however, do apply.
In every instance, we will do our best to resolve the issue to your satisfaction, but due to the personal nature of the products we sell (lotions/creams/ lipsticks) it is not possible for us to offer refunds and exchanges on products once they have been used. Unless the product arrives broken/defective (e.g. broken lipstick) we cannot offer refunds and exchanges on items you do not like.

Please refer to them prior to purchasing from us if you have allergies.
